Since its organization in 1988, CREST REALTY now GOLDCREST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. has been focusing on the growing needs of the realty market to include property brokerage (i.e. sales, rentals and investments), management and appraisal, and even, corporate and strategic planning and organization.

THE INSIDE STORY

During the economic downturn in the Philippines iin 1986, founder Mr. Crestito C. Carolino, a former building administrator of Legaspi Towers 300, took the initiative to attend real estate seminars and later the exams for real estate brokers conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). After passing the exams, Mr. Carolino formed and established CREST REALTY in the early months of 1988 with a vision of having a decent, stable and honorable source of income and livelihood for his family. To his great expectations, coupled with the good graces and blessings of the Almighty God, and with the wholehearted support and diligence of the Company’s staff, the Company has grown tremendously to uphold and maintain its present status in the country’s real estate and brokerage business industry.

The name CREST REALTY, also culled from the initials of the founder/owner, has already come of age, coming to a crest, to reach the top of real estate or real property development in this part of the world in any form.

The word crest invokes many things. It expresses unity, the coming together of organizations and people of diverse resources, viewpoints, talents and goals committed to a common purpose. The MANAGEMENT GROUP

The founder, MR. CRESTITO C. CAROLINO, is currently the President of GOLDCREST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP INC. and former Building Administrator of Legaspi Towers 300 “Om the Boulevard”, Manila and Operation Manager of a property management company which handles the building management of Legaspi Towrs 300, Legaspi Towers 200, LPL Towers, LPL Mansions and LPL Manors in the Mkati Commercial District. A distinguished cerified public accountant , realtor and appraiser; he is also an affiliate member of the Philippine Association of Realty Appraisers, Inc. (PARA), Manila Board of Realtors, Inc. (MBR) Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA) and Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

MS. MARIA ELENA P. TAGLE, is a prominent name in the real estate industry who holds the title of Marketing DIrector of GOLDCREST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. She was an Account Manager of CREST REALTY since its organization in 1988 until her promotion early this year. A bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) graduate of the University of the East, she was formerly Account Executive of the Goverment’s Asset Privitization Trust (APT) and the San Pedro, Laguna-based Pepsi Cola Bottling Co.

MR. CARLO JESUS V. CAROLINO is a very familiar face among Information Technology (IT) specialists who takes care of foreign realty clients throung the on-line internet system. Currently the Company’s Sales Account Executive, Caloy — as he’s called familiarly – is a licensed real estate broker and a law student of Arellano University and graduate of A.B. Political Science at Colegio de San Juan de Letran. Being young and visionary. he generates profound energy and profesioanlism in th Company.

Another prominent personality in the Company, MS. JULIETA Q. RUMBAWA is Senior Executive who joined in 1999, or a year after its organization.  A Bachelor of Science in Commerce (BSC) graduate of the Philippine School the Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA), she was formerly Sales Staffer of Kanejin Realty, Prime Assets Realty and later of the Building Administrators & Realty Corp., the former property manager of Legaspi Towers 300 during 1980s.

CRESTITO V. CAROLINO II is the 27-year old Vice President for Information Technology of the Goldcrest Group.  An AB Multimedia Arts Specialist of De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, he has an extensive experience in graphics, web design and development.  He was with the One Global Contact Center in 2007, Shanti Designs in 2003 and CREST REALTY since 1998.  He works with Bayview Technologies, Inc. at present and has numerous clienteles in web designs and development in Western countries.
